Pension “Onar” is one of listed buildings of Nafplio, built in 18th century, as a residence and shoe manufacturing shop. It was insured in one of the first Greek insurance companies, “ADRIATIC INSURANCE”, founded in 1838. It was renovated in 2016 and turned into a comfortable and elegant accommodation to offer hospitality and relaxation to its guests.
It is located in the heart of the Old Town of Nafplio, below the fortress of Palamidi, opposite the Armsberg Mansion, next to the cathedral of Nafplio “Saint George” and Town Hall. It offers easy access to beaches of the town, as well as to restaurants and bars. It is a two-minute walk from the beach and 200 meters from the beach, called “Arvantitia”. Syntagma-Square is located just 250 meters from the Pension “Onar”.
All rooms are air-conditioned, stuffed with an LCD TV and mini bar, while some of them, offers a balcony overlooking the quaint streets of Nafplio.
The Access to Pension “Onar” is easy, next to the Nafplio Bus Station, taxi rank and Palace of Justice. There is, also, free public parking in a 100-metres distance from pension “Onar”.
